If this was my build i wait for r9 390x 8gb or nvidia's response gtx 980 ti (gimped gm 200 6gb possibly) but this for my friend that has a 4k tv and is moving away from console gaming because she was upset that her her games don't even run on 1080p and lag lot. she asked me for gpu combo below 1100$ that can last for 3-4 years.

which is better for 4k 60hz/ 1440p 144hz gaming at 60+ fps. from what i understand is that gtx 980 is 15-20% faster than the r9-290x, but the 8gb ram could be more future resistant than 4gb.

since i live in the south west and since summer has came early this year.i am wonder is frozen cpu open or it is closed. if still closed where can i get similar parts

asus x99-a overclocks the same as the x99-deluxe and if you need a wifi can buy a pcie or usb wifi ac card for 50-30 usd

Pebble time steel it works more efficient than apple watch and the upcoming power strap for it should increase it's battery life which less charging and more longer battery life.

I can see this getting rid of pesky free to play games that try to milk costumers and 720p/900p consoles in places where there is fiber optic internet service is available but where i live copper/dsl is the only affordable option, cable internet is too expensive and like you said it latency is too high for any gaming streaming service.

I think it's priced to high when compared to the macbook air because it uses broadwell-m instead of broadwell-u (broadwell-m is slower than broadwell-u/haswell-u)just look at the asus ux-305 an aluminum unibody is priced starting at 800$. also it only has 8gb ram max with a limited inputs the the new mac book should priced at 900-1000 with an 1080p ips to have more battery life and 150-100 more for the 1440p screen. not having a starting price of 1300$

I would say a hybrid because it's faster than the gtx 900 series at rendering video/photo but it does not have the precision in colors like tesla/quadro cards

which one is better option for gaming,browsing,multiplayer, and some light editing videos/photos

This is for a mini itx build on a ncase m1 itx with a g10 kraken and 120mm aio for the gpu.
