    @bleachichigo I would stay with the GTX 970 instead of the AMD GPU, the R9's heat up pretty fast. Using 2x4 GB RAM or 1X8 GB RAM doesn't really matter, go with what is cheapest.
    other than that everything is great in the build.

    If u can wait a few months u could use the next generation processors from intel, else your proposed parts meet your requirement perfectly
    and also i would like to add, this liquid cooler is a good option aswell

    you should consider adding more ram since you are using it for live streaming, and are you planning to buy a web camera too?

    on seconds thought's if u play triple A titles u might need the extra ram

    you build is good, if u add an ssd your performance will slightly increase, and also i would suggest to increase your ram upto 16gb
