Had it not been proven before... Currently, AMD >>>>> Intel. #IMO. -
Blue team sucks nowadays... They were good before Ryzen showed up, they maintained some consistency and didnt flip the tables at the office. Nowadays, they blow up everything out of porportions and make no sense whatsoever in what they do.

Canadian waterproof backpack/laptop bag company?
VerticalDiscussions replied to VerticalDiscussions's topic in Off Topic
Yeah indeed, i was looking forward the option of dropping onto a lake, just not too deep and possibly save it while there. Dalekphalm showed some pretty good brands, but true waterproof so far i have only seen from backpacks that are either really huge and costly or it has to be hardshells like the Pelican 1495. Didnt knew about that Never Wet, but i suppose a hydrophobic coating on an already water resistant bag would be great. I will check the brands you have mentioned, thanks. -

Your telling me none exists... in Canada? -
So folks, if you have read the title my question is simple: Do you know of any really great brands from Canada that make waterproof backpacks and or laptop bags (at least up to 17.5 inches laptops)? Dont ask me why Canada... but i will answer if you ask.

Apple is trying to lure in struggling ex-partner's talent

They need the money, the talent and: -
Yeah that is true, but i wanted to add something up. So rather than just dropping some water on the area where it had that small spec of whatever it was, i gave a royal shower to this phone, used a cottonswab and a toothpick and i was able to remove the spec stuck between the glass back and the aluminium frame. Now i shall wait for some long term effects, if somethings fishy tomorrow i guess ill have to get it repaired... but, this was an insurance provided phone, from Italy. The problem is if water damage occurs, they wont help me anyways. Ill just wait and see and hope for the best i guess, because this phone probably wouldnt even have support in Portugal nor does it have an issurance plan on it, but hey last time i sent my N4 to repair (4 times) it came back the same or worse so i guess i would have to do some DIY JerryRigEverything style fix in here...

Hi folks. Quick question, does your S7/S7 Edge have a small gap between the aluminium frame and the backglass that allows dust and apparently a small piece of cookie inside but wont let it go all the way through? Cant believe stupid Samsung has got me with another defective phone, i dont even know if i should duck this thing in water to see if its cleaned... but hey you tell me because my fingernail tip can fit in the gap. Thanks... and i just took this phone out of my Otterbox Strada case, an Otterbox case! If this phone gets damaged while inside an Otterbox case... holy hell, im for real quitting Samsung for good.

iPhone 8: 6mm thick = 2200mAh battery , and will take 3 hours to charge. If that happens, welp, flipping mountains is the right term for whoever buys it like that LOL.

I just dont want to believe . But hey, in my country an iPhone 7 Plus 256GB is 1139€, imagine the 8... 1799€? If this phone below is under 1000€ for the maxed out XL model, instant buy (hopefully this thing will be available in France/Spain/Germany or something so i can take flight, get the phone and get reimbursed on my way back home).

Intel Skylake SP 8176 Review vs AMD Epyc 7601
VerticalDiscussions replied to The Benjamins's topic in Tech News
Maybe their supposed to be used raw, so that you can see the gold and platinum on them after all. Hopefully the head spreader is made of unobtainium so that it doesnt need fans or water blocks to work with . Not to mention... at 8000$+, maybe whoever buys them could have the means to make custom cooling solutions xD. -

LOL, the precious metal marketing hype again! The box art looks dope, but naming something like "Xeon platinum" and "Xeon gold" is so cringy... just like the 80 plus rating, which has titanium coming after platinum (a metal hundreds of times more common xD). -

LOL, sounds like something portuguese people would think.... -
yeah... If i see someone using silver and claiming their "white gold like pure treated silver" is more special than the rest, i will probably lose interest in that manufacturer lol. Its hard to believe people fall for these things.
