rightclick on any .mp3 file - propertys -> on the first tab, third from the top it says "open with:" - change to w/e program is knowen to work with it and it will apply to all .mp3 files from now on and hence should take care of that issue.
 
Or, if you use VLC, you can actually choose what files extensions should automatically be assosiated with VLC, somewhere in the options. So if you have a bunch of different files types, the manual approach on doing that for every single different file-type may gets oughtweighted by the automatic one.

Yes, it should run quite well. However, make sure that you have 16GB RAM.

SpeedFan gives you an interface on sensors and fan control. 
 
It works on one of my computers, but on another one it made it temporarily blue screen.

I have recently set up 2 IP Webcams with two of my old android phones (This is the app) and I was wondering if there was any way that the two cameras could be shown on one page with controls for both them.

feel like no one in school/Life understands what you're talking about.

You check the specs of every computer that you go on, no matter where or what it is.

It's safe to buy from that seller (100k feedback, 100% positive (wow that's really good)) but that computer is pretty weak for gaming. APU's in general just aren't good enough yet for gaming. 
That being said, I'm not sure how outrageous prices are on pre-builts in Australia so it may be a good deal (though it doesn't look like it).
 
You would want to stick a 750ti/260x in there (probably around $150 AUD) if you want to play games like GTA.
