  1. These have earhooks and superior audio codec support, and of course they can't fall far. TaoTronics TT-BH072 aptX HD Audio 14 Hours https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C7D95FF/ The chinese and bluetooth chipset makers competitors still don't have a real answer to airpods. I've been watching the endless stream of airpod clones, they have almost every feature matched at this point, except for battery life and codec support. 2 hours is a long way from 14, so no dice. All the rest of the cheap competitors are ear nuggets, irritating, and it doesn't matter what tips they use because they stick out so far, even if they stay in, you are always aware of their bulk.
  2. The token no doubt has a large team backing her now. She lost me when started to whine about a power tool company marketing to women and led a hate mob against them, as if women were connoisseurs of the sawzall before this and didn't need any help.
  3. Yea as stated, a dual gpu version would have been the mac pro that actually deserved its name.
  4. I'm more impressed by those driving the prices down. It means they can apply what they've learned to more legit models very soon, and for even less. Windows 10 is Apt-X so no apple headphones at this point interest me, especially at those prices.
  5. You don't, youtube is a free resource, the internet is filled with endless information. In past times people had to learn from manuals and necessity, and so you should let them learn in the same way as its so much easier now. Frankly you don't learn much about tech "building" a pc now, its just expensive legos and a low value skill. Necessity....if the kid only has the budget for used ebay components then they might learn more.
  6. The problem with all these concepts is that psychology has become rather unscientific. Just an example from a past APA president before it became that way. A concensus vote is all that matters now, what labels encompass or mean is purely down to fashion now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVdWLV3k6IE
  7. ah so it is https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6861/samsung-850-evo-250gb-3d-nand-ssd-review/index.html I did find this, not much else from that review though
  8. Since these drives are still the entry level, does anyone know of benchmarks showing just how these stack up against one another because every drive review seems to only deal with the 500GB models, and supposedly the lowest capacity usually suffers due to having fewer memory packages on board. So the question is since the intel 545s now trades blows with the evo, does it suffer less at this low capacity vs the older tech.
  9. Does partitioning matter? Drives don't see the file system so I doubt it, I just tend to keep 100GB empty to really give it extra space to work. compact lzx is your friend! As for over provisioning, they are probably cheaping out on that area on budget drives now.
  10. https://archive.fo/YSpfs The bay area moral majority is locking the internet down, you won't have an account, and that won't save you.
  11. its from this www.overclock.net/t/272898/latest-chieftec-dragon-mod
  12. I remember this years ago https://panopticlick.eff.org/ its surely much worse now. the fixation on net neutrality as if that was the only problem is a problem
  13. This is the no f***s given version I remember seeing online so long ago
  14. Would be interesting to try this perfect sensor to see if it ups my game:)
  15. Never do this, ssd's do not benefit from raid 0, and its dangerous.
