    Forwarding Asterisk

No, it works inside my network when I use the asterisk server IP as a host on my sip client. The problem is when I use my ddns as a host, sometimes is works, and only via 4G. When I connect to my local network and use the ddns as a host on my sip client it doesn't work
  4. Yeah I based my answer on the fact you said you'd be using a 1070 for the builds. I didn't know you planned on using the iGPU. As for upgradability, that motherboard allows for upgrades to the 9700K, 9900K, and possibly Intel's next chips as well.
  5. I need to reinforce the lower lip so it doesn't bobble about and shake so badly, next time it'll be a better video. At least the audio came out perfectly!
  6. I bought one of those cheap kinda bad mini routers from banggood, the model 3018 ones, made from the crappy aluminium extrusions and such.I plan to play around with it a bit before making own much larger version from steel. However before that happens I plan to upgrade it a bit and then give it to someone I know who's interested in CNC and circuits to play with, but the upgrades is what I came here asking about. Has anyone done any super great upgrades or seen any? I ordered some ER11 collets because I know damn well the one it comes with is jank and, not gonna lie, the temptation to mill and turn some new parts and weld the thing together is gonna be hard for me to resist, but I don't wanna have to all that effort and such. Any upgrades that are cheap and easy to make it less sucky? I got this one and if you kinda was thinking about it, it's got 47% off so it's not as overpriced, which is 100% the only reason I got one. Offer ends like Monday though.

Go to Tools, and use system stability test. And then just press start, defaults are fine.

Alright, I downloaded aida64 and am under the benchmark tab, which one should I use?

    Forwarding Asterisk

Sounds like asterisk configuration if it doesn't work inside your network? Router port forwarding has nothing to do with internal, its for firewall and nat translation from your external IP address to internal.

    Bottlenecking hell

In most cases, it will be the other way around. What do you plan on doing with a chip of that strength?
  12. LIGISTX

    CPU over heating

Thats still a pretty hot CPU for being stock, but... that is likely "ok". Depending on which version of Prime95, it could be slamming it with to much load, I would maybe try and download AIDA64 and run that stress test instead as it has shown to be more "normal".
  13. I have an RTX 2060 and I was planning on getting an i9 9900k but I’m not sure if it will bottleneck my gpu. Can someone help?

@LIGISTX That is a better result than she has been getting so the reset definitely helped but I am not sure if that is a comfortable temperature range considering all she does is game and stream.

    NEW PSU Tier List

That would mean the SeaSonic AM would be both in Tier B and C this thing exists: MasterWatt was originally T3, M12II EVO 650+ was originally T2. Dunno why it's in same tier this time around, might need fix. doesn't matter... Running change afaik, knew about this already

    FFXIV directx 11 crashing computer?

Normal stock on a Radeon VII, with Dx11. FFXIV will crash randomly. sometimes it will just crash the game. Other times it crashes the whole pc. Going through everything I can find online, and trying the fixes nothing works. before the last AMD update I got the gpu stable for a bit. However since the new update it crashes once more. Just waiting for the new update from FFXIV to see if that helps resolve any of the issues. For now, anytime FFXIV, WIN 10, or AMD does an update, it causes FFXIV to crash. I could be wrong, but I feel there is a software conflict somewhere between the three. (Side note FFXIV knows there is a Dx11 bug that crashes the game. They have yet to fix this)

Is this good enough for 750 dollars?

Change the power supply to a cx450m or cx550m and you'll be good. If you can, make the memory 3000mhz. If you can't afford that, overclock the best you can. CPU over heating

@LIGISTX After clearing my CMOS and only enabling XMP and changing my fans to 100% I ran Heaven and Prime95 for 30 mins at the same time. GPU- got up to 79C CPU- the hottest core was 94 and the lowest was 88C during the testing the temp ranged wildly from 69C to 82C and only spiked to the 90s a couple of times.

    Huge subwoofer near PC?

If it's designed for home theater applications, that would typically mean it's shielded. That would mean it should be OK. It's only when the stuff is unshielded when you run into problems. Speakers designed to be around other electronics such as PC and Home Theater speakers are shielded to prevent any adverse effects on surrounding equipment. Stuff like car speakers, on the other hand, typically are NOT shielded. I learned this the hard way. I tried to hook up a pair of 6 1/2" Sony Xplod speakers to a CRT TV like 12 years ago and kinda borked the TV. Took a lot of fiddling with other magnets to restore that TV back to usable condition. Of course, it's nothing on the scale of that monster, but my Polk PSW10, multiple Klipsch bookshelf speakers, and Pioneer VSX-932 receiver are all in close proximity to my TV and HTPC and nothing is affected. I had spare hard drives stacked on top of the PSW10 for while and none of them were damaged. I mean, Paul of Paul's Hardware had his HTPC with no case sitting on top of his subwoofer without issue. So, again, as long as it's shielded, it should be good.
  21. After 20 minutes of testing: 56°, 55°, 57°, 56°, 54°, 55°. Good enough? Bad? Regular? (Stock settings).

    Help with overclocking

Also on the vcore next to the 1.325 I put in it only shows 1.3v so idk if that is also a factor

    Will this system bottleneck?

though you could go for a i5 9th gen 9400f for a much cheaper price without running into a bottleneck
