after building the computer. i decide to plugin random speaker for the 7.1 channel output. after plug in the speaker.then opening a media player in windows. and hitting play button discovered no sound then research alc1150 out the issue realtek decide. to 7.1 CH HD Audio with Content Protection and a another thing i discovered in ccleaner registry file of surroundblock wich mean that the driver is blocking it

I have found a gigabyte motherboard on top of a pile of scrap computers the only problem that had it has a broken clip and also the couple bent pins in the socket of the easy to fix not a big problem.
