Whats is the best CPU for rendering for around £300 or $445?

Hi Everyone

 

I was wondering if I could get some recommendation on a CPU that I could buy for around £300 or $445. I would be using it to run Maya, Z-brush, Adobe CC products (PSD, After Effects etc.) Mudbox, Nuke and Mari.

Would I be better off buying a CPU with more cores?

 

For example Intel Core i7 Quad-Core i7-6700 3.4GHz Processor over Intel Core i7 Quad-Core i7-5820 3.3GHz Processor

I'd wait for skylake-e to come out and get a 6820k or whatever they're going to call it and get that. You could also buy a Xeon e5 2620 v3 if you want the 6 cores and a Xeon.
