$1200 Canadian Pc Build (Need Tips)

Hello everyone, i am trying to build a pc with a $1200 CAD budget, i have been looking at some parts and i have made a list of some that i like. I want your thoughts on this parts list.

(Im also wondering if i should spend like 120 on a windows cd or buy a cd-key for around 50-60 bucks on something like the reddit cd-key swap)
