You should also get a 390 over a 970, 125% more VRAM, bit more performance, and potentially better DX12 support, though if you plan on playing project cars it seems built to wreck AMD cards, not sure if they already fixed the issues

I agree on the ram. I am attempting this build for a friend. He wanted 16gbs. So why the h81 over the b85? Also I'll have to research the amd card but I have heavy team green leanings.
