Need Help! Windows 10 is not downloading

hello guys, I was looking to upgrade to windows 10 from my free upgrade from windows 7 and when i clicked on the download button, nothing comes up and the program shuts down. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me and give me some advise. Please help!?????????? :(
