Help $200 Monitor Budget?

Hi Guys this year i have a $200 budget for a Gaming Monitor and currently here at Philippines.

 

Will the 24” BenQ RL2455HM Gaming be the best choice for me mostly ill only be doing most of the time gaming and watching youtube replays and movie? 

 

or do you guys have another suggestion for a $200 Budget?
