Mac OS x Yosmite VirtualBox Help

Im trying to run Mac OSx Yosemite inside of VirtualBox Version 5.0.6 r103037

But when starting up the machine i get this error show in the first image below.

i cant upload the log to this thread as it wont allow me to.

PC Specs:

 

CPU : AMD FX 8350 3.5Ghz Octo-core

Ram : 16gb Kingston Hyper X

GPU : Nvidia GTX 970 4GB 

MotherBoard : Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

OS X doesn't bond that well with AMD from my experience.

i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz (Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo); ASrock Z87 EXTREME4; 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3 RAM @ 2133MHz; Asus DirectCU GTX 560; Super Flower Golden King 550 Platinum PSU;1TB Seagate Barracuda;Corsair 200r case.

right so in the past few minutes in quickly read afew posts on the internet and use the code if that what you call it :

 

/amdfx -v -f -x npci=0x3000

 

and iv got it so far to this screen (sorry for the image being so big :( ) :
