iou64

so im sorry if im just and idiot and this is normal but when i unpluged my gtx 970 to plug in a terrible grapichs card to trouble shoot i noticed that one of the 6 pin connectors is missing a wire and the metal thing inside it post-172357-0-65729000-1440934307_thumb.

would this make my computer crash as it has been crashing for 9 months when ever i play some games it usually happens quite quickly but sometimes takes some time to happen when it crashes it just restarts my computer and shows a solid color screen.

im sorry for my terrible grammer and spelling any help is appreciated

That one is an adaptor, right? because those come with two 12 V pins instead of 3
