LED lighting spots

I am planning on taking a dell dimension 2300 and using it as my first case i mod. I am already planning on putting in a window and a couple fan spots but I have no idea where to put the leds. I was thinking be hind the motherboard to give it a nice glow but i don't know where else to put them, any suggestions?

The general best places are above and below the side panel. That way they light up the case well and you don't directly see them. Also, if you put some behind the motherboard as well, it would be cool to have those as you main accent color, and having the other LEDs be white.

It is going to be black and purple build. I am planing on painting the mobo too.
