Can't choose between the 2

Hi guys,

 

I would like to buy a new monitor and for my budget I got to these ones.
I will use it for dota2 and other games and movies as well.

I have a hard time deciding which monitor I should buy:

 

My last choices are:

 

LED ASUS VS239HV 23 inch 5ms GTG black
LED LG 24MP47HQ-P 24 inch HD 5ms black

Unfortunately this one is not available in my country...I am from Romania
