g502 causing input delay

costacis21

So my friend has a logitech g502. He plays a lot of MOBAs and sometimes portal. Whenever he plays any of those games, there is 2-3 sec input delay, but here is the thing, when he is in a skype call the problem gets solved! When he is not in a skype call, the delay comes back. We tried re-installing the logitech software but nothing helped. Any suggestions on what we can do?

Ping/ a fault usb port/connector (bad connection) would be my main reasons for concern.
