$600-700 Build for Game Development and Gaming

I've been looking all over the place and I can't find a good build within $600-700 for Java game development and some occasional gaming. If someone could come up with a solid build guide that would be awesome!!!!

Ya, only the tower

with a budget like that, this is your best bet: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cV4pkL

CPU: INTEL Core i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz - Cooling: NZXT Kraken X61 - Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X SLI - RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ares 2400mhz - GPU: AMD Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury 4G - Case: Phanteks P350X - PSU: EVGA 750GQ - Storage: WD Black 1TB - Fans: 2x Noctua NF-P14s (Push) / 2x Corsair AF140 (Pull) / 3x Corsair AF120 (Exhaust) - Keyboard: Corsair K70 Cherry MX Red - Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma

Bit of an AMD fan I suppose. I don't bias my replies to anything however, I just prefer AMD and their products. Buy whatever the H*CK you want.

Get rid of that retail os in the partslist. goto /r/microsoftsoftwareswap and get a key for 25 bucks. 100 percent safe and legit. and the 4590 is better and ur build does not have an ssd

The 6300 is outdated, and why do you have retail OS? just get a key on /r/microsoftsoftwareswap for 25 bucks. also he only requested the tower

FX 6300 is good value for money on a budget rig in my opinion. Also I didn't know about the /r/microsoftsoftwareswap and also dual monitor is ideal for lots of things so that's why I picked out a monitor

it is. but the 4590 or 4460 are better in single threaded applications. multi-threaded tho, it should be ok

With game developing wouldn't the more cores be using for 3D modeling?

maybe. but wouldn't hyperthreading make up for it? maybe a xeon E3-1230v3?

I don't think desktop i5's have hyperthreading

they don't. but im talking about a xeon. that can make up for it. a E3-1230v3 is the same cost of a 4690K but it has hyperthreading

why? only cause it has more turbo clock?

EDIT: i don't want to fight intel vs amd, I only want to know how this link proves that fx6300 wins
