MXL 990 vs AT2020 (Both XLR) [Revised]

Im currently leaning towards either the MXL 990 or the AT2020 (Both XLR)

 

I'm looking for a microphone to record my voice while playing games, so I will be using my keyboard (Non-Mechanical) and mouse. I have been watching videos on both these mics and I don't know which to get. If there are any mics in the same price range that are better please tell me.I will get a shock mount, swivel arm, and foam windscreen for both. I also have an audio interface and cords needed for both. My keyboard isn't very loud and my computer is virtually silent. I have little to no background noise so that shouldn't be a problem. 

 

If I go with the AT2020 It will be $205.24 if I go with the MXL 990 it will be $181.20. 

Budget is $125 for mic

I was reading that the AT2020 has stopped working after a few months

But I also read the MXL 990 is very sesitive

I've had my AT2020 for about 2 years now. No issues. Been a great workhorse. Unfortunately I have no experience with the MXL to share
