FPS Drop Until Restart

Hey,

So recently my FPS has been dropping from a stable 60 fps to 20 fps after playing for about 20 minutes and the only way to fix it is to restart my pc. I've run a virus scan, updated drivers, rolled back drivers, checked for background apps, lowered graphics etc but nothing works. My PC isn't overheating either as all my hardware is around 60 degrees. I have a gtx 760 MSI Twin Frozr. Something weird I noticed though however, is that when the fps drop occurs, when I alt+tab the game seems to be running fine in windowed mode however when I extend the size of my window to my screen the fps drop returns. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've attached some screenshots of before and after.

Note: The game was running fine and I haven't changed any of the setting, this issue seems to have popped up from nowhere.

you should probably check your temps.

Computer's don't make errors. What they do, they do on purpose.

cpu ?

Overheating?

Check temperatues

you should probably check your temps.

My CPU is an i5 4590 and I am not overheating because the temps are around 60 degrees like I mentioned above. I was running the game fine for months before, so I'm not sure why it'd doing this now..

Wow people don't read.

Do you have any apps running in the background that have transparency, Goggle hangouts, skype, and video streaming like twitch etc?
