CPU temperatures jumping around.

Solved by wyattzx,
To give this a quick followup:
- I changed the thermal paste, and saw marginally better cooling. It was definitely old, but it didn't appear to be wearing out much, as temps didn't really change at all. Only within a margin of error.
- I toned my clocks back down to 4.3ghz @1.3v, as going over that caused my temperatures to jump around too much, and it made me a tad uncomfortable. Especially so since we're headed into Summer, and I only have an air cooler. Not really the best for 4.5ghz, it seems.
- I will be waiting to do any more overclocking for when I upgrade to Intel. Whether it will be Skylake, or the current line of chips, I have yet to determine. That being said, I plan to pair my upgrade with an AiO, to maximize OC potential. (4.8ghz on a 4790k?)
