25GB free space has vanished!

Hi guys so a couple of days ago I did a program and game cleanup which left me with around 30GB~ of free space on my C drive. 
Today I suddenly noticed that I now have 5GB~ of free space!

The weird thing is, all of my files only take up 196GB or so.

I have a Samsung 840 Pro 256GB.

I am using Windows 10 preview build 10074, could that be related to the issue?

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on here??
I've been Googling and haven't come across much of use

Cause I don't have any other Windows licenses.

Preview is quite stable really.

my 840 evo have 234gb , so  you seem to have a problem .

Maybe dead sectors ?

30gb worth of them dying in a single day? I've had the SSD for a couple of years and it has 10.5TB total data written

Ok wow. So I have solved the problem, it was system restore
For whatever reason it explicitly turned itself back on when I know for a fact I disabled it. At some point yesterday it created a 43gb restore point.
