But seriously, is there any router setting that could possibly explain my massive ping spikes in csgo? Normal is 60, then it shoots up to 600 for a while.

A while being about 2 rounds, or about 3-4 minutes.

It's likely a problem on your local network or on your ISP's side. Are you using wifi, powerline, or ethernet?

Ethernet, I have about 8 megabits down and 1 up.

 

Router is a pk5000z, ISP is centurylink, At least 1 console using Netflix at a time, usually more.

Speed and latency are different.

Unless you can prove to me that having more bandwidth makes it faster.
