Epic ITX Build Planning, Which One? [Poll]

I am going to hopefully sell a lot of stuff, get some money from my summer job, and build an epic ITX build. I was really surprised to see linus's ITX build, as I had been planning to use a configuration similar to that in my next build.

They both have most of the same parts, just different GPUs and cases.

Here are the 2 options:

Silverstone ML07 Build:

Parts List:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor  ($362.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($97.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($97.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card  ($347.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Silverstone ML07B HTPC Case  ($61.20 @ SuperBiiz)
Optical Drive: LG GS40N DVD/CD Writer  ($31.91 @ Mwave)
Other: ASRock X99 ITX ($250.00)
Other: Watercooling ($500.00)
Total: $1926.69

Watercooled in an EXTREMELY small form facter of ~14L. I currently own the RVZ01 and I love it's design and form factor. The ML07 is just a nicer looking exterior version of it.

I have dreamed of watercooling this case since I got it, and it sure would be awesome to. The watercooling would be VERY limited with such a small foot print, but would use a Pump/Res/Radiator 240mm combo from swiftech to achieve fully fledged watercooling. I am concerned I might have to take out the optical drive, and maybe mod a bit to fit the fittings in, but the rest seems very plausible. It uses an ITX gtx 970, giving me a little extra space on one side of the 240mm radiator for fittings and maybe an optical drive.

Pros:

-Smaller (doesn't really change much, I could fit a 900D in my room if I wanted to)

-Something that hasn't been done many times, if any

-Maybe highest performance:space build on the planet?

-Already firmiliar with the interior layout

-Limited to GTX 970 ITX (makes me feel like I did the best I could while spending less money than a full size card) (I don't think a full sized card would fit)

-Less expensive

Cons:

-600w PSU is highest available (dual GPU cards out of the question, if full size cards even fit)

-Can only house a 970 ITX (powerful card, but limits future upgrades as the ITX form factor for cards isn't done too much, that ITX 390X looks promising though)

-Would have to do a window mod on the side panel, also won't be able to see much of the interior

-Cable management is an extreme challenge in this case

-I am not 100% sure this is possible, but I believe it could be done, I've done the measurements in real life

-DDC Pump (louder than D5)

CaseLabs Nova X2M Build:

Parts List:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor  ($362.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($97.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($97.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Other: ASRock X99 ITX ($250.00)
Other: Nova X2M ($200.00)
Other: Watercooling & Fans ($800.00)
Total: $1985.59

+$750 for 980 Ti / $650 for 295x2
+$100-$150 for PSU (depends on GPU)

This case came out recently from caselabs, and looks pretty awesome. It uses the regular case labs aesthetics and customization options, and the price tag, too.

The compatibility issues/worries that come with the ML07 build are non existent here, and it accepts an ATX PSU. Radiator options are much more flexible in this case, which would provide better cooling and quieter operation.

Pros:

-Better and quieter cooling/operation

-Much easier to build in

-Certainty with compatibility

-Easier to upgrade components in

-Options for more powerful GPUs

-ATX PSU

-Caselabs quality

-Can see the interior with window

-More impressive to look at to the untrained eye (ML07 is actually a much more impressive build)

-Quieter D5 Pump

Cons:

-Much more expensive
-Less original (so many caselabs watercooling builds out there)

So, what do you guys think?
