The title explains my issue. I have no idea as to what is causing this.

That's been a problem for me since I first got my S5, camera sorta blows on it in my opinion (focusing wise) once its focused though the pictures are awesome.

How close, how often, how bad is it. How does it focus at a normal distance. If it doesn't focus up close AT ALL then it's broken.

Like from my I try to take a picture of the K on my keyboard and it focuses then goes away

Pretty close and all the time and it's bad

 

My Xperia Z3 does it too, it actually focuses but then goes blurry again before I can take a pic..

Odd
