The right board for me ?

so i really like the look of the Asus deluxe but I'm hearing really good things about MSI G9 and ASRock but im wondering what am i really sacrificing between motherboards? They all seem really nice with there sound, OCing capability and gaming features. I personally am going to be doing it all Gaming Content creation and OCing. so if some one here some input or personal experience please post. I.m really curious as to what the Big difference ?

Have you looked at the Asus Sabertooth X99 compared to the Deluxe?  It's cheaper and has built in USB 3.1 and is said to be similar to the Rampage as far as O.C. capability goes.  I've just ordered one myself since i was having the same dilemma.   It doesn't have wifi/BT built in though.
