ATX Cube Case

Exodk

Hey guys,

Long time lurker, but im looking for an ATX Cube case. with a horizontal motherboard... i know theres the HAF XB EVO.... but what else is there?

does the Corsair Air 540 Support rotation of the logo and feet on the other side so i can bend it over and plug my peripherals in from behind?

if so then my choice is made. Air 540 Owners Please let me know!

(PS. innuendo intended.)

Corsair Air 540 I don't believe supports rotation of the logo and feet, though if you give me around 1-3 months so I can get my hands on one, I'll be able to let you know :P

You could get some rubber feet for it so when you lay it on its side the PSU can still breathe.

Specs: CPU - Intel i7 8700K @ 5GHz | GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Motherboard - ASUS Strix Z370-G WIFI AC | RAM - XPG Gammix DDR4-3000MHz 32GB (2x16GB) | Main Drive - Samsung 850 Evo 500GB M.2 | Other Drives - 7TB/3 Drives | CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i Pro | Case - Fractal Design Define C Mini TG | Power Supply - EVGA G3 850W

The Air 540 is overpriced in my opinion. I've owned it for nearly a year and I regret buying it.

Mainly because I personally feel that it's poorly made: there's a ton of plastic pieces on it (something I'm growing to not like), only one fan filter for the front fans (poor design decision), and the HDD's I have mounted will vibrate the cage causing this weird annoying noise.

Would not buy again.

The Air 240 supports rotation, but it's not ATX.

Hadn't decided yet.

I'm in Queensland, so unless you're local it's going to be very expensive to ship.

Told you, it's freaking huge mate, but it is a full tower, which makes it very tall too..

I'm going to the X9 for case modding purposes, so the Primo will probably end up with the Carbine 500R and H440 in the garage..lol...

I hope you guys don't mind if i butt in, but I'm also looking for ideas for a cube case that can support an ATX motherboard (orientation does not matter). Any ideas?

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Black and Red mate.

I don't use it because its a damn oven, even my GTX980 Gaming G1 temps go up 8c - 10c.

To get the thing to actually cool you have to increase fan speed which makes the case really loud.

As a nice looking case it fills the spot, but as a practical case no, just no.
