Lower Fps in tomb raider whit overclocked Gpu and Cpu

Hi! I have had a really strange issue with Tomb raider 2013 lately, i wanted to run the game at max settings with decent fps, so i opted to overclock my evga gtx 780 sc, and intel core 4820k. For some strange reason Tomb raider is the one and only game where i have noticed decreased performance after the overclock. I lose about 5-10 fps after a 90mhz+ core clock boost on my gpu, temps are fine on both the cpu and gpu (60C and 67C respectively) so what is the issue?

I had a look at Evga`s hardware monitoring, and the gpu clock drops by about 2-5% when i play the game (playing at about 40fps), and 8-10% when i run the Tomb Raider benchmark (14fps - 60fps). The voltage also decreases along with the gpu clock (which i guess is just natural.)

I the opted to set the gpu and cpu back to stock, and gained a few fps both in the benchmark and while playing the game, with just a few dips in gpu clock speeds in the benchmark.

Below is a picture of the graph after i have played tomb raider for a few minutes, notice how the gpu clock just sinks while the game is running (i used the kboost function when i took this screenshot, so the card throttles up to maximum gpu clock whenever it can).

I have also searched a bit on the internett and coulnt seem to find anything about it, what does the "Voltage limit" and "power limit" mean? and whats the difference between 1 and 0?

Power limit and voltage limit with the 1 value mean you have reached the power and/or voltage limit that you set your card for.

have you thoroughly tested the stability of the overclocks?

Sorry that i wasnt able to answer earlier..

I have been running many games(Hitman absolution, CS, assassins creed, tomb raider, watchdogs etc.), and benchmarks like 3dMark, Unigine Heaven and Cinebench with my overclock, without any artifacts, crashes or other noticeable issues.

ok thanks, i have also noticed that the gpu might even go over the voltage i have set, though not for more than a couple of seconds.
