What thermal paste method to use for Intel Core i7 4700mq?

I ordered Arctic silver 5 off of Amazon yesterday and it is gonna get here way faster than expected so I wanna know, what is the best method to apply thermal compound for the Intel Core i7 4700mq?

Arctic Silver 5 is not going to cut it for you, sir. You want one of the following thermal pastes and use the line method:

Arctic Céramique 2

IC Diamond

Gelid GC Extreme

Shin Etsu X23-7921-5

 

Or if you have a copper heatsink and are willing to be careful

Coolaboratory Liquid Ultra (pretty much best cooling you'll find, 100% guaranteed)

 

Under not-recommended-but-still-popular-in-desktop-world pastes we have:

Noctua NT-H1 (pumps out too easily; laptops have low mounting pressure)

MX-2 (this one evaporated in 3 days on my PC! My PC is shown above; my cooling system is no joke either. Even if temps did not pump out, it still performed worse than ICD/AC2)

MX-4 (good temps last at BEST 30 hours)
