Is this a good budget build?

MoBo: ASUS X99 Deluxe

PSU: Corsair AX1500i

RAM: Corsair XMS3 2666MHz 32GB DOMINATOR

 

 

Will this be able to run a Ubisoft title ?

This looks like its not a budget build. You have dual graphics and a i7. This should be more than capapble to run a ubisoft title at good quality and framerates.

Well, get a Rampage V Extreme if u are getting a 5960X: 4 PCI X16 slots,  better audio than the Deluxe, 4-way Graphics support, a PS2 port for N-Key rollover and some ROG-specific features as well as higher-quality VRM for better overclocking
