Can someone make these photos sutible for printing?

I need these photos resized to be printed in 11.3" x 17.3" in full quality. Can anyone do this? I don't want them to be pixelated and blurry.

Can you not do it in word?

Even OpenOffice will do it

Compatible with Windows 95

These images have a fairly low resolution, so if you're looking to print them then they probably won't give you the best quality. You can't just upscale a raster image. You would need to find higher resolution versions of these pictures. It is possible to print them in any size, but the larger you make the photo, the more noticeable the reduction in quality you will see, exactly the same way when viewing a monitor up close. A 480p image from far away can appear just as clear as a 1080p image from up close.
