Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch not working.

MxMCube

I bought a Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch Small about a year ago, and I want to use it again.

I don't know why, but when I plug this into my PC it wont do anything. No lights, nothing. So I looked at the back and saw that it needed 5V and 500mA, so I plugged it into a powered USB hub with 5V and 1A/2.2A, still nothing. I also tried different cables. All the cables work on other stuff, but not with the Intuos. I also tried plugging this in different computers. On my main big Windows computer, dad's Macbook Air, and my Ubuntu Desktop 14.04 laptop. Didn't work on any. If you can help, please do so. I want to continue using this really badly. :P

I use Ntrig so I'm not too sure, but is the Pen passive? If not maybe that needs a battery (like my Ntrig ones do). Are you sure you're using correct cables etc? Have you tried with USB2.0/USB3.0 etc?

The pen doesn't need battery's. It's awesome. I haven't tried plugging in a USB3.0 port. Lemme see.

Nope, doesn't work neither.

Have you tried turning it on and off again? Kappa

I've actually tried opening it, and checked a lot of shizzel. I even tried hacking the battery compartment. Doesn't work. Hmm. Guess I'll have to buy a Cintiq. :/

I like your logic of going to the lowest price tier to the highest and i support your decision
