Random peripheral disconnect/connect sounds?

Hai,

 

Randomly I get disconnect/connect sounds from my pc. I notice no peripherals of mine falling away and thus I am wondering what's going on. I am suspecting my monitor (stupid people at the shop replaced the DP cable of my PG278Q during warranty).

 

I would like to know if it's logged somewhere on the PC.

If it is, you'll get a cookie to tell which Services I need to have enabled, because I like disabling services for (booting)speed :3

I had this happen with a faulty Razer mouse product of mine. Disconnect/connect sounds and then death. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

That's the thing, I don't notice any difference, like the mouse stopping it's movement.

My keyboard is PS2...

I really don't have anything else USB?
