This is a pretty great deal for a budget IPS Panel.

The stand is kinda ugly, but it's got a VESA mount.

It seems like a great deal imo. If you are buying a ($80) stand for your $100 monitor, you don't have your priorities straight.

that's a problem with over-priced stands :P why not lower costs wherever you can?
