Alternate Location To Mount hard drive

Is there any other location I can mount my hard drive in my case (Corsair obsidian 750d). I would prefer the bottom hard drive trays are not there as it blocks some air flow. Let me know if you have any suggestions, thanks.

Stick on some velcro and slap it in to wherever it fits.

You could mount it on the bottom, but that would need some drilling and use of hard drive rubber mounts, to counter the vibrations.

That was what I was planning on doing but I feel the vibrations from like the hdd would be noticable.

You'd be surprised. Some of the thicker velcro can pretty much absorb all of the vibrations.

I have two 7200RPM drives screwed to the bottom of my metal case. There is no insulation or rubber just screwed straight into the metal.

note: the case is in my bedroom and always on 24/7. I can sleep soundly with practically no noise except fans coming from the case

i mounted my hard drive in the DVD drive bit works fine and both ssds behind the mobo

The 5.25" bays, you can buy some adapters or make some with elastic cord (Bungie cord?). Dunno how to do that last one though.
