I wouldn't use it in my PC. Raidmax isn't really known to make good quality power supplies. It's best to stick with more reputable brands such as Seasonic, EVGA, Corsair or CoolerMaster.

 

Do you really need 1000 watts? If you're looking for a PSU you should say what other components you are using in the PC so maybe we can find a more suitable PSU for your needs.
