Difference in Driver Sizes?

thewafflemaster

Title says it all. I'm curious because these two earbuds are almost the same http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=0TH-001X-00022 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=0TH-001X-00023 and the only big difference is driver size and I'm trying to decide if I should just go for the less expensive ones.
