I was furious when I saw this cause there was a combo at the same price for this mobo and a 4690k which I bought.

Wow, it is more expensive than the motherboard and my CPU I'm using. (Asus H97M-PLUS and a Xeon E3-1230 v3)

GODDAMNIT. Why couldn't this have been out when I built my PC? I payed more than that for my mobo and 4690k >.<

Daaaamn.

I totally built a full PC and couldn't find any decent 970s in stock so I was like, I'll wait.

lolnope. Didn't check the expiration date. Woke up to my cart not being the same and the deal gone. Wa-wa-waaaaa.

That's a bummer, but it's okay I suppose. I'm still not sure if I'll fully use the X99 vs the Z97. So I'm on the fence about which processor to get.
