Corsair CS vs In-win commander 3

I would like to have a good psu for my next build which might be an mAtx and reached to these 2 psu (Corsair cs series and In-win commander 3)because of the size . However both seem pretty equal(both gold 80+ , almost at same prize , semi modular) but i heard from some users that the cs had a problem with fan and rattled a lot . Also In win has 5 year warranty instead of corsair that has 3 . The version would be around 700w ~600w or even 800w because i would like to have some future flexibility towards sli / crossfire and water cooling but i think 700w would be enough wont it? because i dont want to over kill my build .Rest components might be Intel Core i5-4690K,Gigabyte Z97M-D3H,XFX Radeon R9 280 or MSI GeForce GTX760 2GB Twin Frozr IV OC . Oc of course will occur

 

So tell me what should i go, are they both equally good and it is personall choise or is one better than the other?
