What is the best option?

Hello,

I'm currently looking to upgrade my graphics card. I've now got a ATI HD Radeon 4350 1GB :( out of 2008 I think and I haven't got a big budget. It's around a 100 euros and because my pc is terrible I've only got a 300 Watt power supply. So after some searching I found a Nvidia GTX 750 but when I looked here : http://coolermaster.outervision.com/PSUEngine2 : It used 314 Watts. Is this a big problem? Some other cards were only 1-5 Watts over. So I want to know, can I use these cards on my pc? Or do I have to drop to a R7 240 or a GT730? Btw I'm a teenager right now so I haven't got money for a new power supply ;)

The 750 Ti does not even come close to using 300W. The 300W PSU can run it

Edit:

Not even reaching 300 in a synthetic load

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861
