What is the best case fan? Also what is the best case fan that doesn't look butt ugly?

For a case fan, the noiseblocker black silent pros are good. As are the noctua NF-F12s and, slightly less so, the bitfenix spectre pros, but don't get the pwm spectres, as there are a number of cases of the classic pwm ticking noise.
