I need a cheap AMD cooler!

I'm using spare parts to build a friend a computer, and remembered that I got rid of the stock AMD cooler from my Phenom II. What's a really cheap cooler that will handle heavy load (Archeage) without being too loud? I was using a hyper 212, but i moved that onto my build. It can be any size cooler, but noise/performance would be great. No more than 30 dollars, and must be on Amazon Prime.
