How exactly do i do this? I got the Quicktime format down but what now?

just render it out on default - the format and handbrake is a separate free software

I am in after effects and just finished my intro but i need some help.

 

I am pretty new to video editing and what not, but:

 

1. What render format do i use?

 

2. What video codec do i use to compress?

 

Thanks!

 

Any other setting to make it better for my intro? 

 

I will post the intro after it is done :)

I personally use Quicktime (.mov) and put it into handbrake and format is .mp4 which makes it 100x smaller

So after quicktime, should i leave the render video codec to none-uncompressed?
