need help on installing motherboard

hey im tyring to install my motherbored and i cant seems to figure it out. My motherboaed has i think it was 7 screws to put in but my for my case i can only put 6 standoffs cause the 7th one there is no right hole to put in the standoffs so it matches with my motherboard

What MB is it, and what size is it? If it's a standard ATX board there should be 9 standoffs

Only put stand offs were there are holes in the board and the case. No where else. If there is a hole in the board and no spot for a stand off don't worry about it

newbie- i know tht but on my motherboard there's a place to put a stand off but on my case i cant as there is no screw in on the case that matches the motherboard

Install screws in holes that both the case and the motherboard have. Do that and you'll be fine.
