UD3H-BK and UD5H-BK

I am trying to choose between the Gigabyte UD3H-Z97X-BK and the Gigabyte UD5H-Z97X-BK

The only difference I can see is the Killer LAN... And a few other minor differences. .

Other than that, I realize there is not much separating the two.

So, Is the UD5H worth the extra bucks??? I want a Gaming/work rig.

Differences I noticed were the PCIe slot layout, SATA ports, VRM count, onboard reset buttons etc (handy for troubleshooting), 2 NICs and also 2 more USB3.0 ports.
