GPU cooling

Is there going to be a problem if I mount three fans in the front of my case as an intake, while my gpu (open cooler design) is blowing hot air to the front of the case?

Oh okay, I always thought the front intake fans would blow hot air back into the GPU. The card is an msi GTX760 hawk edition

Well, technically they are. But same time they bring cool air from outside. Besides, that cooler type on GPUs exhaust to all directions. And hot air raises. So most of hot air blown towards to GPU raises to CPU and top/rear exhausts.
