DELL NA P2412HB 24?

So I found a website selling a Dell NA P2412HB 24 inch monitor for a very low price, but they don't have much information on it. I can't find anything on google, other than a couple pictures. So does anyone have any information on this monitor? It is a really good deal so I am tempted to buy it, but I don't know anything about the resolution, panel type, connectivity, etc. Thanks!
