i am getting a new power supplies but i don't have much money.

Would you trust a refurbished power supplies?

I wouldn't risk it. 

 

Just keep saving and get a new one!

Go refurbished on any other component but the PSU... It's the only part that can literally break every other part if it's defective.

As what @Cacao said, you shouldn't cheap out on your psu, just save up money for a new one.

PSU is the most important part. But to be honest I opened up my PSU and "refurbished" it myself, changed all the capacitors, did a little maintenance and it's running better than it did when it was new (I used higher quality capacitors) and the voltage is more stable than it is on some new ones. :)
