Thanks both of you.  I think I got a good set of parts based off of what you both said.  Getting a different PSU for CF later.

Budget: $1600 USD

Gaming and Content Creation (3D work, video editing/rendering, photo editing)

3 monitors in mixed eyefinity.

1 monitor is the LG 21:9 25" 2560x1080 IPS monitor (25UM64-S)

the other 2 monitors are Dell 16:10 20" 1680x1050 monitors (E207WFP)

I have a KB/M, Windows 8.1 Pro, and the 3 monitors.

I'm upgrading because I need a better computer for content creation and intense gaming.
