I've just started using corsair link to set fan profiles for my fans as they are quite loud when on default, but for some reason the fan that isn't connected to the y splitter on the h100i can't be controlled using the software, it picks up speed and everything, but won't change, and yes it is a PWM fan.

 

Any ideas?

Corsair link only controls the fans that are directly connected to the h100i hub, so (I'm assuming the fan not connected to the y-splitter isn't otherwise connected to the h100i) the other other fan will need to be controlled via an alternative method.

Fans need to be plugged into that cable if you want to control them with Corsair Link

The H100i comes with two fan cables that have 2 4pin plugs each, for a total of 4 PWM fans supported.
